Job Description:
The Client Services Coordinator is a valued position at the Community Center. By registering new clients in need of our support, providing information regarding Community Center services and policies, referring clients to additional community resources and sharing opportunities offered through CCNW programs and within the greater community, we help area residents in economic hardship to overcome their unique challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Client Services Manager in providing resources to CCNW clients.
Client intake and annual renewals·

- Register clients using Center database; collect all relevant information· Explain Center policies and expectations to clients; encourage clients to avail themselves of the services the Center offers as well as other opportunities in the community.
Referrals and resources·

- Screen and identify clients for special opportunities such as holiday programs, educational scholarships, summer camp, free eye exams and glasses and healthcare navigation.
- Refer clients to our Studio skill building programs and our network of partners for access to benefits and resources incl. SNAP Benefits.
Home Delivery program

- Oversee the management of our home delivery program, providing monthly delivery of groceries to our homebound clients, with regular phone calls to ascertain needs and coordination of volunteer drivers to make deliveries
Community relations

- Responding to community needs as well as community support, represent CCNW to foster goodwill and further engagement and learn of additional resources. Attend community meetings as appropriate to share and gather information and enhance the collaboration between agencies.
Position requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Suite

- Ability to communicate effectively with all constituents: clients, volunteers, donors etc.
- Strong organizational skills

This is a non-exempt hourly position, approximately 28 hrs. a week, and reports to the Client Services Manager.
Compensation commensurate with experience. $25 - $35/hr.

Hours of Operation: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10 – 4pm, Thursday 12 – 6pm, Saturday 10 – 1pm
