Need Help?

Do you need temporary help with food or clothing?

If you live in Northern Westchester and need temporary help with food or clothing for you or your family, come see us at the Community Center of Northern Westchester. You may also want to visit us if you have a specific problem and don't know how or where to get help. We'll do our best to direct you to other resources that may be able to assist you.
 
What identification is required?
 
We try to help anyone who lives in Northern Westchester, so we ask that you bring some proof of your address, such as a phone or utility bill, or anything addressed to you and received by mail. If you are seeking help for other members of your household, please bring identification, such as a health or insurance card or school record, for each additional member of your family who needs help. We protect the confidentiality of all the information you provide us.
 
Where is the Center and when is it open?
 
Come visit the Center any day during hours of operation. We will do our best to provide you with temporary assistance. You can also contact us by calling 914-232-6572, or send an email.
 
Can the Center help me by giving money?
 
Unfortunately, we can't. We'll do our best to help you get back on your feet, but please understand that the Center does not provide monetary assistance of any kind.
 

¿Necesita Nuestra Ayuda?

¿Vive Usted en el Norte de Westchester y necesita nuestra ayuda temporal de comida y ropa para usted y su familia? Venga y visí­tenos. Podemos ayudarle y para eso necesitamos que usted nos traiga una prueba de dirección como un comprobante de cualquiera de los servicios que usted reciba como: teléfono, luz, cable etc., y una identificación de cada una de los miembros de su familia. Además si usted tiene algún problema y no sabe cómo y dónde puede obtener ayuda, nosotros haremos lo posible por ayudarlo o referirlo a otros centros donde puedan asistirlo. Nuestros servicios son gratuitos.
